Custom Brass Jewelry Manufacturer
Fine Chic is a custom brass jewelry manufacturer offering OEM, ODM, and wholesale production for fashion jewelry brands. Our brass earrings, rings, bracelets, and necklaces range from raw polished brass to gold plating from 0.03 µm upward, with anti-tarnish e-coating as standard, built for boutiques, online sellers, and seasonal collections that need a gold look without a gold price. On our own production line, multi-round polishing and vacuum plating keep the finish consistent from a 30-piece trial run to 50,000 pieces a month. Behind that is a Hong Kong factory operating since 2002, with ISO 9001 quality management, and every piece is inspected to meet international industry standards.

How We Build Your Order
Finish quality is built on the production line, not inspected at the end. For brass orders, that means multi-round polishing for a mirror base with minimal residue, vacuum plating plus multi-layer gold plating for a uniform coating, and a transparent e-coating to seal the surface against sweat and moisture.
Materials are verified against the order spec before production starts.
Castings are checked for bubbles, cracks, and dimensions before polishing.
Plating uniformity and stone settings are inspected on the line.
Every finished piece passes a final check against international industry standards, including function tests on clasps and moving parts.

Brass Works for Fashion Jewelry
Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc, typically 60-70% copper in jewelry applications. It casts fine detail cleanly, takes plating evenly, and costs a fraction of sterling silver, which is why it dominates fashion jewelry.
For trend-driven collections, seasonal lines, and price points under fine jewelry, brass with the right plating delivers the gold look your customers want at a cost your margins can carry. When your positioning is precious metal or lifetime wear, 925 sterling silver is the honest recommendation, and we manufacture that too. See our sterling silver capabilities →
Keeping Brass Jewelry
From Tarnishing
Bare brass oxidizes because copper reacts with sweat, moisture, and oxygen. The fix is not a secret: enough plating thickness to cover the base, plus a transparent e-coating that seals the surface from all three.
That is why we quote plating in microns instead of adjectives, and why e-coating comes standard on every brass order we ship.
